Joseph L. Wildman received a law degree from Southwestern University School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts degree in political science (with distinction) from the University of Hawaii at Manoa. At Manoa, he was a member of Phi Kappa Phi National Honor Society.

Mr. Wildman served on the Personal Injury Law Subcommittee of the Committee on Pattern Civil Instructions. He is licensed to practice before the State and Federal courts in Hawaii, the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals and the United States Supreme Court.
